New Guest Instructor - Karen

Every Monday Beginning October 25th @ 11am & 12 noon

Karen is Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and a graduate of the internationally recognized Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Academy with over 500 combined hours of practice, observation, and apprenticeship. She also holds certifications through Madd Dogg Athletics as a Spin Instructor and Barre Above as a Barre Instructor. She enjoys teaching Pilates to all types of people but has developed a real passion for working with those who are more seasoned in life as they navigate the aging process.
