COVID-19 Update

To our valued Dawn Pilates members and guests:


Our number one priority is the health and well-being of our students and staff members. This is most important to us, especially during this crucial time. With that being said, Dawn Pilates Studio has made the tough decision to suspend all classes at this time for the minimum 2-week period, as recommended by government agencies, starting Monday, March 16th. Classes will resume as normally scheduled on Monday, March 30th. All class packages will be extended for 3-weeks after their original expiration dates to accommodate this unforeseen break.


We understand how important movement is for general health and wellness, so we are actively working on a plan for offering virtual classes to keep you up and moving during this social distancing period. Please stay tuned for links to access these online resources.


We will continue to monitor information from the CDC and local agencies, and keep you updated with any changes or additional class cancellations as we move forward. We are committed to keeping Dawn Pilates Studios, the community, and our members and staff healthy. We appreciate your support and understanding with this matter and look forward to helping you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

How you can prevent COVID-19:

-Regular hand washing with soap (for at least 20 seconds).

-Covering coughing or sneezing with a tissue.

-Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth, and wash hands and sanitize after doing so.

-Limit contact with people who are sick.

-STAY HOME if you are sick!
